The EVisa trap nobody warns you about while at the VFS station

What we've seen-
A lot of travelers treat "eVisa available" or "visa on arrival" as a safety net — something you can sort out last minute, or even after landing. This assumption causes more denied boardings than almost any other single mistake.
Here's the part that surprises people: many airlines will not let you board at all without a printed, approved eVisa confirmation — not a screenshot, not an email, a printed document — even for countries that technically allow visa-on-arrival.
Airlines are fined heavily for carrying passengers who get turned away at the destination, so their check-in staff are often stricter than the actual immigration rules require.
Separately, several "visa on arrival" countries have unpublished daily caps or specific counters that close hours before flights land late at night — meaning technically eligible travelers get stuck in the airport simply because of timing, not documentation.
Our Conclusion
Treat every e-visa or digital arrival card as if its not applicable until fully resolved.
